Quick update

Time is flying by and Chet is going to be here before we know it. We are so excited to FINALLY get to meet our little guy. I am definitely getting uncomfortable and ready to be done being pregnant. I have really enjoyed the experience of being pregnant so far, but now I think everything on my body that could hurt, does, so im really getting ready to have him in my arms instead of my in my stomach. My mom buys all of her children's first crib, we got ours a couple weeks ago, it is so perfect!! I LOVE it!!!! THANKS MOM!!! I will have to post some pictures of it, it is so awesome. We have pretty much everything ready to go so now we are just playing the waiting game. My due date is now the 29th so a few days sooner. The doc says everything looks perfect, he is growing perfect, moving great and his heart beat is very strong. He is in position and I am dilated to a 2 and 75% thinned out so things are moving along. I just can't wait to see our little guy! Anthony is so antsy, it is so funny to watch him get excited thinking that he is going to come. Every time I have a contraction he gets so excited hoping it's time. I have been waking up a lot at night in so much pain and every time I wake Anthony up he is so excited asking Are you in labor? is is time? but sadly I have to tell him no and he gets a little bummed. Work is going great! I love my class and am so sad that I have to leave them, but so excited obviously!!!!!

I had to post the lyrics to this song. Anthony came home the other day after picking up his sisters and they just HAD to show me this song that fit him perfectly. I thought it was so cute, he is just so excited to be a daddy, I love watching him get excited and talk about the future with his little man.

LIfe

Life is flying by. I can't seem to keep up anymore. I have now been teaching fourth grade for six weeks and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I have so much fun with my students and love the people I work with. My belly is growing every single day. It is so fun to watch as our little guy gets bigger. Anthony and I are so excited to finally get to meet him in eight weeks. I am scared out of my mind at the same time, but I know I will be able to handle it. I can't wait to see what he looks like and to see his personality. I can already imagine what he will look like. I think he is going to be a mini Anthony and definitely couldn't be happier about that. Anthony is one amazingly good looking man and to have my little guy look just like would be the most perfect thing I could imagine. Other that work and getting ready for Chet to get here we have just been enjoying life and having fun in this new big step forward in our lives.

Anthony and I are so excited for this next step in our lives. We found out two weeks ago that we are having a BOY!!!! We are so happy and feel so blessed to be able to have this little guy. We both have always wanted kids and have just been waiting until we felt like the time was right to become parents. Lucky for us, once we decided we wanted to start a family we found out a month and a half later that I was pregnant. We truly are so blessed and are so happy! This will be the first grandchild on Anthony's side and the first grandson on my side. I have 6 adorable nieces, but no nephews. Needless to say he is going to be sooooo spoiled. I am really starting to look pregnant now. I have felt huge for the last two months, but really no one could tell I was pregnant. butI am starting to really get a belly. I am getting use to my growing belly and am feeling great (no more sickness) and I absolutely LOVE being pregnant. It has been so fun and I am so grateful that I can enjoy being pregnant and not be sick the whole time like many other people I know. Anthony has been so cute about the whole thing and he just can't wait for him to get here. I watch him play with my nieces and take care of them and I can already see what an amazing dad he is going to be. I am so lucky to have Anthony in my life, he is such an amazing husband and will be the best dad ever. I can't even wait for our little man to get here!!!!

what's new

SInce it has been forever since i updated this thing i figured i would do a quick post. I just moved...again! to a cute place in PG, we love it. it is a lot smaller than our last place, but it fits us perfectly. It is a mess right now and everything is still in boxes, but we should get all settled in this week. I am still teaching and absolutely loving it! I couldn't love my job anymore than i do. I am so glad i chose elementary education because it fits me perfect. Anthony is working at a website place and is going to school so i don't get to see him as much as i would like, but it will be nice when he is finished with school and he is doing really good at his job and really enjoys it. other than that nothing too exciting is going on.

California

Anthony and I went to California to go to his uncle's wedding. It was a much needed vacation for the both of us and it was so nice to spend time with each other. The wedding was amazing, seriously the most perfect wedding i have seen in forever! It ended up not being so much of a vacation for us in the end, but we still had a great time together and it was so fun to see his family from California because we never get to see them. His family is so awesome and I wish we would have been able to spend more time with them. We got back from California last Tuesday, we had to drive all night long because we both had to work on tues morning and a bunch of stuff happened that made us not able to leave cali until like 10 at night so we had a 12 hour drive and were both supposed to be at work in the morning. Ya, no way were we going to make it. I was luckily able to get a sub to take my classes so i drove all night so anthony could sleep since he had to go straight to work when we got into town. It sucked to say the least, but after multiple energy drinks, books on tape and a lot of pit stops we made it.

Work is still going great, i LOVE my job its so crazy to get paid to do something you love. It was my niece Constance's birthday on Sat. she turned 1. i can't believe she is already a year old. She is walking already and has the cutest little personality. Jeremy and Sara (parents) had a Halloween birthday party for her with all of the fam and close friends. It was so fun and i love when we all get together. My family is so amazing and I love spending time with them and now that i don't work for my parents anymore i don't see them nearly as much as i use to. Anthony had to work though so he couldn't make it, but it was so fun to see everyone and see all of the fun costumes. My grandma Peterson I have to say had the best costume of all....she made a night stand out of cardboard and wore it around her neck, put a lamp shade over her head with eye holes cut out and had a sign that said "one night stand" haha what a hilarious costume, especially for a grandma to wear i loved it and am going to steal her idea one of these years. I have pictures of it that i haven't uploaded yet, but i will. She put so much detail into it and it turned out so perfect. Thats about everything that has been going on lately. Our lives aren't too exciting, but thats the way we like it, everything just seems to be falling perfectly into place for us and we are so thankful for everything we have.
