Now What
Well I officially completed my student teaching today and it was a happy/sad moment, but now its back to work and actually getting a decent pay check YAY! Anthony got a job at a t mobile corprate store which should be good...good benefits and good pay. Now I need to start my senior project that is due in a week and a half. Wish I would have started that sooner, but I procrastinate everything. I have my district interview on the 6th of april and im so nervous! After that I can start applying and I hope I get a job soon because I am stressing over it. I sure am going to miss the kids I was teaching, I really don't see how teachers do it every year. Well im getting off work now and im going to go enjoy my weekend so i hope you all do the same!

wanna play catch up?!?!
Well I finally got caught up (mostly)at work, since im only here like 10 hours a week i get behind. Luckily I have bonnie to cover me while im off student teaching.so i thought while i have a minute i will update. Everything is going perfectly. I have gotten use to my busy schedule and actually am enjoying it, but its coming to an end in a week and a half. I will officially be done with my student teaching a week from friday and honestly i am sad, but happy at the same time. Mostly im excited to see a normal pay check, other than that i don't want to stop student teaching, it really shows me that i am going into the right field for my career. I absolutely love teaching, though some days are rough, there really is nothing more i would rather be doing with my life. Other than that a few things have happened....We went to Vegas for nascar (like we do every year) it was so much fun and i loved spending time with my family, they are so amazing ALL of them. It amazes me how different each person in my family is, but we all get along and have so much fun together. Meanwhile in Vegas anthony and I had our one year, Well kind of. We got married on leap day so technically we only have an aniversary once every four years, which is great because then we don't have to celebrate it every year and get each other gifts and all that crap. But every four years we are going to do something BIG we decided.
Well our first year of marriage was honestly different than i expected. I knew anthony for 10 yrs before we started dating and we were glued at the hip for a year and a half before we got married, so i thought it wouldn't be any different even though everyone told me it was. It really was a lot different and a lot harder, but in a good way I wouldn't change any of it for the world. And I honestly couldn't dream of being with anyone besides anthony for the rest of my life. Every trial we have gone through in this first year has only made us stronger as a couple and as individuals. So even though so many people said it is so hard I think it is only hard in a good way. I am so lucky to have such an amazing husband. He is by far the biggest sweetheart I have ever met in a man. He does anything i want and always sacrifices the things that he wants so he can give me something i want even if i dont ask for it, he picks up on little things and knows when i need or want something really bad so he goes and does it for me. he truly is the love of my life and i am so happy to wake up to him every morning knowing that he is the one that will always be there. ya enough with the mushy crap! so i thought i would post some fun pictures of our wedding day and our reception. our wedding day was feb 29, 08 and our reception was may 1 08. We did it this way becuase i was in school and couldn't plan a wedding and we just wanted to be married so we just went to vegas with our families and had a ceremony in a chapel that my dad's friend owns. it ended up being beautiful and i couldn't have asked for more.
Now here is some of the reception photos. I still havent gotten the professional pictures back so hopefully since it has been over a year i will get them soon, but these pics are some my family members took.Honestly i could have done without the reception, big parties where the attention is on me is just not my thing but it really was fun overall. and still i thank both of our parents for everything they do for us still and everything they did for us getting the wedding plans together especially dealing with anthony and i. we are the biggest procrastinators in the world so our poor moms had the extra stress of worrying if we were going to take care of our "jobs" anyway hope you enjoy the pictures.

Back to Life
WOW have I been lazy. Over the holidays I had two weeks off of work and had no school. Anthony also pretty much had two weeks off becuase he was in between jobs. We really did nothing!!! I had such a great Christmas with our families other than that we just stayed home and did NOTHING. It was a little pathetic, but I really enjoyed it. On New years eve we were going to go out with some friends, but after getting all ready we decided that it would be fun to just stay home and just watch movies and it was by far the best new years i have ever had. We took pictures since we both got all ready to go out so when i remember to bring my camera i will post them. Now its back to student teaching and working and school BLAH....no really i love it and I'm excited to be back in class with my teacher and students they are so amazing! Anthony started his new job on monday and it looks like it is going to be awesome! he took this semester off of school so that i could quit my job and just focus on student teaching and school, but i didn't end up quitting becuase really i would be lost without a job and some extra cash that i know i earned. I'm just not satisfied with anthony handing me his check, it makes me feel bad and plus i know there will plenty of years for that when we have kids. But his new job is going great and he is loving it and he is happy which makes me happy. Now the next step is graduating may 1st and getting anthony graduated next spring. Wow time really flies, i don't feel like i should be graduating college, high school maybe but not college. I guess i have to grow up sometime. well i hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years!!!

BLAH
Have you ever felt like nothing is going your way? I seriously feel like because i didn't listen to my intuitions a while back everything is catching up to me now and i am, i guess, getting what i deserve. So what im basically saying is when you have a feeling about something LISTEN TO IT. Most of the time you have the feeling for a reason, sadly I didn't listen to mine and once again am going through something I wouldn't be if I would have just listened to my feelings at the time. Well I guess live and learn right? Anyway hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a great weekend!

yes, anthony and i met when we were 12. I had the biggest crush on him, like mostly every other girl at school.
2. Did you car pool to school?
My sophmore year I did, i would pick up Kari and Lacey for swim practice at 5:15.
3. What kind of car did you have?
1995 green VW Jetta, it was cuter than this one, but this was the only pic i could find.
4. What kind of car do you have now?
jeep liberty

At some kind of party with "the older boys"

Usually just hanging out at home with anthony

ummmm ya, i really wish i wouldn't have been but i lived and learned i guess

haha not at all, i was too shy to even talk in high school

no, i was on the swim team though, this is my swim team pic sophmore year
11. Did you get suspended/expelled?
no, i did have way too much fun in high school, but i was a 4.0 student

i maybe could sing half of it
13. Who was/were your favorite teacher(s)?
Mr. Allen and Mrs. Clark I liked pretty much all of them though
14. Where did you sit during lunch?
we were always driving around or going to one of our houses to eat

17. If you could go back and do it again, would you?
I really wouldn't want to but if I did i would do it totally differently. I would have stayed single and dated lots of people and not got into so much trouble.

My friends and I had so much fun that weekend and I was so excited to move on with my life
19. Who did you go to prom with Sr. year?
I went with Jordan, it was way fun, Anthony and I were actually suppose to go together but we got in a big fight a couple weeks before, still to this day he says he was still going to take me but I had said yes to someone else ha i dont believe him. but he does regret not going with me haha
21. Do you still talk to the person you went to Prom with?
no, i haven't seen him in a long time. his parents are my parents neighbor though so im sure eventually i will run into him. he is an awesome guy!
22. Are you planning on going to your 20 year reunion?
Heck ya!!!!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Gift bags, i hate wrapping, but guess who my parents have do all the wrapping....ME. I have been doing all of the wrapping for my mom and dad and santa since i was 15 and i hate it, but i love being to do a little something to help them out since they do so much for me.
2. Real tree or artificial tree? we haven't decided yet, last year anthony and I didn't put one up in our house because we weren't married yet and i was the only one living there.
3. When do you put up your tree? well we haven't so who knows

5. Do you like eggnog? ya its ok, but not a lot of it
6. Favorite gift received as a child? looking back now it was the huge mansion barbie house my parents made me. It is amazing and way better than anything you could buy in a store. I can't wait to pass it on to my little girls
7. Hardest person to buy for? my dad, he is the type that if he needs or wants something he just goes and buys it himself even if it is the day before christmas.

Update
Well Thanksgiving was perfect, we spent a few hours at my parents house where my family ate, talked and I mostly played with Constance, Gesenia, Braylee, Anelie and Avery. Then we went to Anthony's parent's house and ate some more and sang Christmas songs and made a cd and took family pictures. I have the most amazing family and most amazing in laws. I really couldn't be more thankful for everything they do for us. Here are some of the family pics.

After Thanksgiving break I had a million school projects due so school was my life, now I just have finals next week, which I have done everything I need to so I have no stress...ahhhh so nice.
Isabella got to come home on Tuesday!!! I can't believe it. She is doing so good and is home with her twin sister. It really makes me count my blessings and thank God for everything we have! I have the most beautiful 6 nieces in the entire world and wish i could spend everyday with them like I use to. I love my family so much, both sides, I was born into (in my eyes) the perfect family, my brothers all married perfect girls and I married into the best family I could have ever imagined. I just fell in love with them from day one and they treat me like their own (sometimes better haha) anyways I'm looking forward to Christmas and spending more time with our families. This Sunday we are having a gingerbread house making contest with my family and santa is stopping by to see the grandkids. Im so excited. so im sure i will have pictures of that on monday. I also have a million pics of Isabella and Gesenia that I need to post, they are just on my camera. So monday I will do a picture overload im sure!!!
